It covers an area about 40,000 square meters and the factory area is 12000 square meters.The company is a high-tech enterprise which enables research ,produce and sell CD、DVD laser Pick-up Head professionally. From 1999 to 2008, Taiyo Mfg was an OEM for Sanyo Optronics Co., to produces various types of laser Pick-up Head .Taiyo was one of the leading manufacturing of Sanyo in China bases .The company made great contribution to the realization of Sanyo’s production and the largest of the marketing share .After the termination of contract with Sanyo company,the company having years of experience at producing laser Pick-up Head and independently produces CD mechanism machine and auto mobile audio/video CD/DVD laser Pick-up Head . It is the biggest manufacturer of producing auto use laser Pick-up Head in the Chinese enterprises.The company owns 8 advanced assembly lines to produce laser Pick-up Head .( Each assembly line has 7 sets percision automatic adjustment machines and 4 sets precision evaluation machines), it can produce 1.6 million pieces monthly. The company also set up 8 automatic high-speed SMT lines, together with 3 sets Japanese nitrogen generator PK – 37 .The daily mounting capability reaches 6 million point. In order to ensure the quality of the production, the company sets up professional reliability laboratory. The laboratory possesses high / low temperature storage; High / low temperature cycling test; High/low-temperature shock impact ;High temperature humidity etc comprehensive test equipments. On quality management , the company acquired the authentication of QS9000 - ISO9002 in Sep ,2000 (which changed to ISO9001:2000 in Nov ,2003).It obtained the identification of ISO14001 on environment in Oct,2002.It gained the ISO/TS16949:2002 quality management system authentication in Sep,2006.
